Completion of our Instructor Training Course
References from a student and professional contact
Satisfactory completion of the written/video test
Satisfactory Video Assessment; A sample video of the applicant instructing a class
Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of each Skill Division to be certified to instruct. Previous training and or experience may be applicable.
Ongoing Certification requirements
Instructors keep their skills fresh by participating in continuing education events.
Annual Requirements
Certified Instructors must offer a minimum of one six week class session and participate in one trial per year
Biennial Requirements
Certified Instructors must participate in a minimum of one Wag It Games continuing education event every two years.
Options include; on line training * instructors workshops * camp staff/participation* auditing an instructors course
Certified Instructor must offer a minimum of two Sanctioned events every two years.
Options include; Two sanctioned half day workshops * One sanctioned trial
