Camp is open to participants twelve years of age and older. Campers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult also registered in Wag It Games Camp. This adult must present with and supervise the minor at all times.
Dogs with a history of aggression are not permitted at camp. Dogs banned from other venues are not allowed on camp grounds. Dogs with warnings in other venues or if there is any questioned regarding dogs history must be approved by Wag It.
Cancellation Policy
After June 1 - A refund minus $200.00 for full camp participant and $100 for day participants will be offered only if all camp spots are filled.
After July 1 – No refunds will be offered.
Wag It Inc reserves the right to modify these policies due to illness, injury or emergency.
Registration fees will be not be refunded if camp cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, Act of God, public or weather emergency, act of a public enemy, strike, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizers.
There will be a $30.00 service charge for returned checks.
Payment shall be made by credit card or money order within 30 days of notice of returned check.
Participation Release:
*My dog(s) is in good health and has no known conditions that prevent him/her from participating in camp activities.
*My dog is current and will remain up to date with immunizations for rabies and distemper. (In the event you are using an alternative immunization program please attach a brief description of your program and that you are using this plan in accordance with your veterinarian’s recommendations.)
*My dog is free of fleas and any communicable parasites or illness: Ex. fleas, kennel cough, Mange, worms.
*Dogs in season may not be present on camp grounds.
I understand that dog participation in Wag It Games Camp is not without risk. I hereby remise, release and forever discharge Wag It, Sumac (Susan Grant Johnson), Brian Johnson, associates of Wag It, instructors, event participants and guests, Camp Robin Hood and Camp Robin Hood staff of and from any and all actions, causes of action and claims for personal injury (including dog bites) or property damage, regardless of cause, including negligence, that is in any way the result of direct or indirect, actions of myself, my dog or others participating, instructing or otherwise involved with Wag It Games Camp.
I agree to be fully responsible for any and all damage caused by myself and my dog to Camp Robin Hood, Wag It Camp equipment and or other participant property.
I understand and accept that use of the waterfront is at my own risk. No lifeguard will be present.
In understand that Wag It Camp does not have medical personnel on staff.
I am in good health and have no known medical conditions that prevent me from participating in camp activities.
I have disclosed any life threatening allergies and have plans in place if such occurrence takes place
I give permission to Wag It Inc to use my image, footage of and my name in any and all manner they choose.
I understand that I may photograph/film at camp for my own personal use. I agree to not photograph or film any other camp participant without their permission.
Camp Rules
*Dogs will remain on leash at all times unless instructed by an instructor, during Yappy hour or in designated “Free Play” areas. Only dogs with excellent social skills with other dogs will be allowed to socialize in the “Free Play” areas.
*Retractable leads are not allowed on grounds.
*Electric, prong and choke collars are not allowed on grounds.
*This is a positive and motivational camp. Harsh corrections are not allowed. A harsh correction is defined as one that generates a significant negative response from a dog or offends the sensibilities of camp staff.
* Dogs with extra space needs will wear Wag It bandana’s at all times with the exception of while swimming or on agility equipment.
*Dogs are not permitted in the dining hall during meals due to NH state law.
*Dogs left in cabins without supervision will be confined to an appropriate dog crate. (No exercise pens)
*Dogs will not be tethered or tied without supervision.
* Please clean up after your dog. Orange buckets will be available for bagged dog waste.
* No excessive barking is allowed on the grounds.
* Wag It reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the grounds because of dangerous, disruptive or unmanageable behavior. (Without refund)
*There is no smoking on the grounds during camp.
